"A 'GEDI Status Ledger Entry' contains status information to be displayed for the end user"
In the 'GEDI Status Ledger Entries' page view in Business Central you will find a overview of all 'GEDI Status Ledger Entries'. A 'GEDI Status Ledger Entry' or short 'GEDI Status', contains information that should be displayed on a record for the end user. A 'GEDI Status' is always connected to a 'GEDI Status Code'.
On a a lot of records you will find a field called 'GEDI Status'. In this field you can see the latest Status Description of 'GEDI Statuses' connected to this record.
This allows the end user to get a quick overview of what the latest status for a record is. If the 'GEDI Status' field is empty, it usually means that this record did not trigger any GEDI processes.
