# Initiering

## INITIERING

Första delen i initieringen handlar om att få funktionen på plats I det egna systemet. Detta görs via extension eller via FOB där detta används. Denna del görs av partnern och kan även vara en del i partnerns standardlösning.

### **KONTO CLOUD SERVICE OCH VAN**

För att köra Golden EDI via en VAN så behövs en registrering av företagsuppgifter och en del tekniska uppgifter som rör kommunikation och användare. Uppgifterna kommer också att användas för debitering av tjänst.

Beställning av konto hos Golden EDI görs via Excel-ark (kontoregistrering.xlsx)

### **INITIERING I NAV**

När Extension finns på plats så ska Golden EDI initieras i kundens företag. Detta görs via Golden EDI:s meny, Administration, Konfigurering, GEDI initiera Golden EDI.

Initieringen skapar grundinformation för inställningar och lägger även upp webb-tjänster för åtkomst via webb-service.

För att sätta upp rätt alternativ för ett fakturaflöde så väljs Light version. (beroende på version ser initieringen lite olika ut)
