# Inbetalningsjournaler

### **INBETALNINGS JOURNALER**

När Golden EDI läser in betalningsfilen så skapar den en rad i en inbetalningsjournal för varje rad i betalningsfilen. Dessa kan hittas genom att öppna Inbetalningsjournaler och trycka på journalen med namn PAYEX. I denna journal är det inställt för vilken nummerserie bokförd journal ska ha och nummerserie för journal är tom. Anledningen till detta är att inkommet dokumentnummer måste användas för journalraderna.

Man kan ändra belopp eller kopplad debet/kredit om det skulle vara fel, alternativt kan man ändra vilket motkonto som betalningen ska bokföras mot.

När allt känns korrekt så trycker man på Bokför uppe i menyn och sedan Ja i dialogrutan som kommer upp. Då kommer NAV bokföra och registrera betalningen för debet/kredit.

När all bokföring är klar kommer den att visa en dialogruta som indikation och raderna kommer att försvinna från journalen.
