# Dokumentväxlingsprofil, Distributionssätt

**DOKUMENTVÄXLINGSPROFIL, DISTRIBUTIONSSÄTT**

I de fall man använder sig av en fakturatjänst som hanterar portooptimering kan man låta dokumentväxlingstyp vara tomt annars kan man styra per kund vilken typ av dokument som ska skickas till mottagaren.

Alternativ för GEDI dokumentväxlingsprofil:

1\.      ”Blankt”

a.      Ska inte användas när fakturor skickas via PayEx.

2\.      EDI

a.      Ska användas då mottagaren kan ta emot E-fakturor.

3\.      PDF

a.      Ska användas då kunden ska få fakturan som en PDF-fil.

4\.      Reskontra

a.      Används i de fall man har avtalat med PayEx att man själv skickar fakturorna till kunden men att PayEx håller reskontran för fakturorna.
