# Hantering kundens profil

## HANTERING

I det dagliga arbetet är det egentligen sällan som man behöver tänka på att fakturor hanteras via Golden EDI. Men vissa saker är bra att tänka på och att veta kring hanteringen.

### **KUNDENS PROFIL**

De kunder som ska hanteras genom fakturaflödestjänsten ska ha en GEDI-profil upplagd på sig. Denna styr då att tjänsten ska användas och tar då automatiskt hand om utskick av faktura/kreditnota i samband med den vanliga bokföringen av faktura/kreditnota.

Inställningen finns på kundkortet och under faktureringsfliken.

OBS! För att kunden ska kunna identifieras i fakturaflödestjänsten så måste det finnas information om vem kunden är. Detta görs med att **organisationsnummer, momsregistreringsnummer och/eller GLN-nummer finns registrerat på kunden.** Om detta saknas kommer fakturan/kreditnotan att stoppas av tjänsten.

Om man inte använder sig av portooptimering kan man styra per kund vilken typ av dokument som ska skickas till mottagaren. Denna inställning görs på samma flik.
