# GEDI Påminnelse och Räntefaktura

### **GEDI PÅMINNELSE OCH RÄNTEFAKTURA**

Genom Golden EDI kan man skicka påminnelser och räntefakturor som PDF via den interna SMTP-funktionen.

I uppsättningen av fakturaflöde tillkommer detta som en egen uppsättning. Vill man ha bättre möjlighet till inställningar gällande mailadress för påminnelser och räntefakturor så måste man lägga fram dessa val i dokumentlayouter, görs av utvecklare. Om man inte gör detta så skickas dokumenten till kundens standard mailadress.

Eftersom det enbart är upplagt en GEDI-profil som hanterar utskicken så kommer alla dessa även att få påminnelser och räntefakturor via mail. Om man vill särskilja dem, d.v.s. att inte alla får dessa dokument, så måste man lägga upp ytterligare GEDI-profil där man kan särskilja de som ska får dokumenten med dem som inte ska ha det.

Inställning görs med GEDI meddelandekoder 300, 301, 302 och 303. Inställning för rapport görs under mappning, i dokumentlayout och under rapportval för att säkerställa att rätt rapport körs. Avsändande mailadress läggs i mappningen. Skulle kunden sakna inställning för mailadress så skickas PDF-dokumentet till den adress som är registrerad under företagsinformation.
